Chelsea Boss Carlo Ancelotti: I Would Like To Coach Italy Or The Ivory Coast

Carlo Ancelotti is hoping to swap the blue of Chelsea for the Azzurro of Italy in future, though he would also consider a move to the Ivory Coast.

The former Milan man is enjoying life in west London, but he can see himself guiding a national side.

"Me the Italy coach? I would like to in future, but not now. I am Italian, and so I would like to coach La Nazionale, but I am not sure if this will be possible one day," Ancelotti told the BBC.

"I would like to coach an African side. The Ivory Coast is a fantastic side for example."

Another Italian based in London is none other than Fabio Capello. Ancelotti has hailed the England coach, but he doesn't know whether the Three Lions can achieve glory at the World Cup next summer.

"He [Capello] is a great coach with great experience and I am happy that he is doing a great job," added the Italian.

"England are one of the best teams, but no European side has ever won the World Cup outside of Europe. It will be difficult, not only for England."
